8/27/2024 Update:

Nearly five months later...and a lot has changed! Beauty in the Tower is now out for ARCs and releases on September 6th - only a week and a half away! I also have a pre-order up for Lake of the Wild Swans. The first volume of Tales of Caelia is now ready to go live on BookFunnel as a newsletter freebie. I just need to finish connecting all the website things on the back end to make it work. Ella & the Seven Dwarves has now gone through betas, so I currently have two completed books to edit. I'm also about halfway through writing a stand alone prequel novella that will be a newsletter reader magnet. 

A complete revamp of the website is likely due, but I don't have time for that at the moment. I just need to make it all work, be up-to-date, and call it good enough for now.

4/2/2024 Update:
Today I built a simple website! As for writing, I am really close to a completed first draft for Ella & the Seven Dwarves! I only have a chapter and a half, plus an epilogue, left to write! It's so close I can taste it. I know basically what needs to happen in those remaining chapters, but I got sucked into the vortex of marketing. Web design brief turned into logo rebranding, which then turned into redoing my covers again. I fell down that very long rabbit hole. But it's a good rabbit hole to fall down, and it was necessary. I absolutely love my new covers, which I will reveal closer to my release dates.

Then, all of it summed up into revamping my previously horrendous website. I do have a web designer who can make my page better and polish it up, but I have to send him the information first. I had very basic and old information on it before. But for now, I have a functional and not hideous website. Yay! It's not perfect; I used the drag and drop features, and my own web design skills from college are vastly outdated and rusty. I mean, it has been 19 years, so...*ahem* it's been awhile. I would prefer the link bar to be a lot thinner, and mobile/tablet mode doesn't work well yet, but that's stuff to hash out with my designer later.

I also set up my newsletter today. So, progress. I'm not really mentally ready to start this whole marketing thing, but all my author friends say I need to start it yesterday, so, here I am! I hope that means tomorrow I can get back to the part of this author gig I love best: the writing!

The Fall of Atlantis: barely started

Tales of Caelia: barely started

Tenacity: about 25% written
